I have experiencernas a Manager Technical in MAK IndustriesrnPakistan, Where I have been working on multiple fabrication projects likernconstruction of different load bearing steel structures, Steel casings,rndrilling tools, Liquid Storage/Stirrer tanks, pipe fittings/bushes, Cyclones,rnweather protective sheds and heat exchanger shells. I have been working onrndesign assignments of different products as per our client’s requirements usingrnlatest computer aided tools. I have been providing the analysis and productrnoptimizing solutions as per the nature of the job for our different customers.rnI have also been supervising different projects of reverse engineering in orderrnto facilitate our clients. The materials I have been mostly working with arernSS, Mild and Hard-OX steel, aluminum, Brass, GI sheets and cast Iron etc. Apartrnfrom the fabrication works, I am also managing a fleet of around 70 vehiclesrnboth HTV and LTV as being used by my organization and also being rented out tornour different clients. The vehicles include executive cars, motorcycles,rnbuckets, and blades, water Lorries, excavators, loader trucks, uniloaders andrnaerial platforms etc. I am responsible for the routine and breakdownrnmaintenance of all these vehicles; I have also been maintaining a databasernregarding the vehicle log of all the vehicles. It falls also under my duties tornallocate the fuel seals for all these machinery along with the finalization ofrnthe proper lubricants quality and the quantity for these vehicles. I amrnresponsible for the intime availability of these vehicles to our multiplernsites. The KPIs given to me pertaining to the maintenance of these vehicles arernminimum breakdown in lowest expenses without compromising on the quality, whichrnI have been able to achieve so for.

 I have experience as a Maintenancernand Fabrication Manager in AMMICO Construction and Drilling ContractingrnCompany, where I have been busy in managing and preparing the requiredrndrilling accessories and equipments for the various projects of the company in QATARrnand KSA.My major responsibilities included the in time workingrnavailability of the required machine onsite and their preventive and periodicrnmaintenance. I have been working with heavy machinery like Drilling rigsrn(German ,Korean ,Chinese), Korean Pile drivers ,Heavy duty cranes up to 250rnTons like Kato crane,XCMG crane, SANY crane and Fusan Crane etc also workingrnwith excavators, showels,lifters,Boom Trucks,Trailors,Vibro hammers, anchoringrnand Klemm machines, air compressors, diesel and gas generators and otherrnmechanical  machinery .A side by therncorrective maintenance I have also been managing to repair new equipment byrnusing the spare parts of old and damaged machines.  I have been involved in the procurement of newrnmachines and spare parts by finalizing the most appropriate and cost effectivernquotation for the related project and machines. I have worked with German,rnChenese, Korean and Japanese suppliers in this regard.  I also have experience in the drilling systemsrnlike drilling buckets, drilling augers, PCF hammer, DTH hammer, DTH Core Barrel,rnMulti Cluster Drill, Flushing head core barrel, CFA systems and otherrnequipments used in construction and drilling technology .I have experience inrnthe construction, working and repairing of these systems .I am also completelyrnfamiliar with the construction and working of Kelly Bars used in most drilling systems.rnI have been working with the tools and machines used in Fabrication shop likernLathe machines, Milling machines, drilling machines, Arc welding, MIG welding,rngas cutting and other steel fixing accessories. I as a material expeditor havernmostly worked with the Mild Steel, Stainless steel and Hard OX pipes and sheetsrnkeeping in hand their standards and schedules for the fabrication of drillingrntools and machine parts repairing. I have worked with most of the heavy enginesrnused in heavy machines like Caterpillar, Perkins, Kubota and Cummins etc and Irnam able to keep these heavy duty engines in proper functioning manner by givingrnthem proper maintenance required as recommended by their manufacturers. Thusrnenabling me to have a strong grip on corrective and preventive maintenance ofrnmechanical and electro- mechanical machines.

I have  served as a Maintenance Engineer in Service Industry Gujrat Pakistan wherernI have been busy in managing the proper production and maintenance of Injectionrnmoulding machines (Desma,Main Group,Ferrari,Gusbi,Ottogalli) ,hydraulic andrnpneumatic presses ,Screw compresors,Refrigeration units etc,I have been lookingrnafter the mechanical equipments services, hydraulic system diagnostics andrnrepairs, electrical system diagnostics. I have been involved in troubleshootingrnof technical equipment problems. I have been leading a team of technicians tornexecute the given task in an efficient manner. I have been overall supervisingrnthe assembly, inspection and testing of machines. I have been preparing conditionrnreports.Me and my team used to schedule multiple service jobs including currentrnworks in progress and upcoming works. We used to ensure that all service jobsrnare completed on time. I have also been busy in consulting and eliminating therncomplex production issues encountered on these machines with the foreignrntechnicians of their suppliers .I have also been busy in making the feasibilityrnof purchasing the latest maintenance-free machines to increase the production .
