1. Lead, identify and analyze the part defects against receiving rejection report from manufacturing plant.

2. Plan and visit the vendors against receiving rejection report.

3. Lead corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) activity for the processes at vendor end through root cause analyses (RCAs).

4. Pre-delivery inspection of critical supplies or supplies after improvement of production processes.

5. Lead and develop parts inspection standards (PIS) for new part development and dual sourcing cases.

6. Lead part audit activity against part inspection standards (PIS).

7. Support vendors for making checking fixtures and gauges according to drawing specifications and CNH standards.

8. Evaluate the performance of vendors through vendor performance report (VPR).

9. Prepare purchase requisition for department as and when required.

1.  Improvement of production process towards the assigned manufacturing processes in order to ensure process improvement and enhancement. Such as: Efficiency, Overall Resource Utilization, Man Hours / Million CoGP.

2.  Supervise the achievement of production targets according to CoGP & No. of units and also meet the delivery time of the units to the customer.

3.  Manage the assigned production team in the delivery of quality in fabrication/assembly of the A/C parts / components / unit in order to ensure the compliance and passing of the unit with internal and external customer quality standards.

4.  Supervise the effective planning and utilization of resources.

5.  Provide production & relevant reports to management on a daily & periodic basis.

6.  Lead, motivate and educate the people regarding lean practices such as 5S, Kaizen,Muda etc.

7.  Review budgets Vs targets, plan overtime & maintaining staff strengths.

8.  ERP monitoring as new order intake, review BOMs, forecast weekly material requirement, NCN reports and new design deviations from engineering design.

9.  Monitor & ensure safety SOP’s & PPE’s are maintained & communicate to employee.

10.  Organize weekly tool box meeting with recommended topic from LPD (Loss Prevention Department) & also Assembly Point Coordinator in EAP drill.
