Majors Responsibilities:

• To monitor construction activities and management contractors.
• To prepare monthly progress and monitoring report about site activities.
• Project planning and execution site management and construction management.
• Support the development, implementation and monitoring of the required quality standards.
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Coordinate all the quality site inspections through site QC inspectors.
• Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
• Attend all necessary meetings as required, at project, Client and Consultant level.
• Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per specification.

  Major Responsibilities:

§  Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standard, system and procedures.

§  Manage tests for the concrete on site (temperature, slump, Water content, Hardness etc.

§  Developing Quality documents such as Inspection & Test Plan. 

§  Liaising with Clients, Consultant and Suppliers at a senior level on quality issues, clients' complaints.

§  Prepare weekly expecting work schedules and manpower schedule.

§  Manage construction work sequence, and equipment needed.

§  Prepare structural request for inspection sheets (RFI & RPI).

Majors Responsibilities:

§  Physical facilities assessment of educational building in Gilgit Baltistn.

§  Creating and executing project work plans/revised work schedules

§  Supervising field technical staff and contractors/site engineers

§  Overseeing day to day field activities and operational matters

§  Ensuring quality and progress of works on the construction sites

§  Ensuring project documentation including weekly and monthly reports

§  Coordinating between organizational as well as cliental consultants

Majors Responsibilities:

§  Assist in planning, preparation and assembling of contract documents and review.

§  Review and approval of Contractor’s QC Plans and different submittals provided by the Contractor.

§  Verification and processing of Invoices, Interim Payment Certificates and Bills of Contractors.

§  Preparation & submission of monthly Project Management Processes report and update to RE.

§  Take certain setup to ensure timely completion, quality assurance and quality control.

§  Supervision and implementing of all project and maintain records in accordance with program standards.

§  Coordinate with Client and Contractor about site activities.

Majors Responsibilities:

• Complete and coordinate the approval of the site QC technical submitter to the customer.
• Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan.

• Support the tendering process when requested.
• Attend all necessary meetings as required, at project, country and regional level.
• Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per specification.

·        Updatingrnweekly and monthly Progress Reports about HRC’s activities.

·       Attending internal staff meeting with partner Organization.

·       Coordinating with clients, line departments and other stakeholders

·       Liaison with other partner organizations and implementing agencies

·       Attending meetings with local, federal and provincial governments
