After a number of years working in the profession, I have learned to grow with the explosion of visual art medium, Content Originals & Acquisition, Media, Film Business & Distribution, Engineering sector, etc. in fulfilling my role as a responsible employer. I have a “Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering” and a “Diploma in Film Direction” and various “Training courses.”
With 12+ years of experience in film, media, and business and 7 years of experience in the engineering sector, I am highly knowledgeable about how to conceptualise, preproduction, production, and postproduction, and its business aspects (growth and revenue model). I have strong problem-solving skills and experience, project and production management skills, and a great eye for detail. Part of my job is in creative team management as an Indigenous writer, with extensive research and digital skills owing to the production and distribution of audio and video content. My background in communication has served me well as an enthusiastic leader. I have a solid understanding of how to effectively communicate ideas to people and have amassed a wealth of workflow and process matching production studio or client skills in a busy, demanding environment.
In my previous role with Olefin White films, I am in charge of the creative team in Direction Screenwriting, Executive in production, Pre and Post work, creating Pitch Decks, and supervising the ongoing business across the world for (Film acquisition, Distribution, and as a business analyst).This role has given me a great deal of confidence in dealing with a wide range of clients, compliant resolution and established relationships with clients and studios all over the world to increase general market understanding. In my current role as Director for Content Originals, Acquisition & Operations, my bottom line is mainly focused on quality originals, development, pre & pro work, and top content for acquisition deals in the film business and its revenue model in product OTT & various mediums.
