• Retubished hydraulic tubes, rods and pistons using various machinery and hand tools.
• Installed new o– ring rod glands , and piston seals to retubished cylinder components.
• Setup a repaired cylinder to a hydraulic tester to inspect for fluid leaks at maximum pressure 13000 psi .
• Assembled of pneumatic filters, regulators, and lubrications. (FRLS).
• Replacing hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies, sizing various metric and nominal hydraulic seals.
